About the Yoga Teacher Deanna McLaughlin

She has developed an integration of these forms into a soft flowing yet challenging style that is accommodating and assessable for every type of body. She received Certification from Spirit Wind School in 1996 and later with the Tao Yin Institute in 2008. Deanna has sought out those teachers who are most experienced to further her unquenchable desire to learn more about the healing opportunities yoga has for the body and mind.
